* Go to website or museum and get entry form to complete and email or mail or drop off at museum. Entry form can be mailed or dropped off at: Chevrolet Hall of Fame Museum - 3635 US Rt. 36 East - Decatur, IL. 62521 Entry form must be mailed with a $250 check to Chevrolet Hall of Fame Museum or Hunt Enterprises if automobile being sold with a reserve. If "No Reserve" then deposit will not be required. Please put as much information in description about auction item as possible. The more information the better. Picture and description will be listed on our website and FB page. Also clear title will need to be mailed with entry form. If title is being held for collateral, a notarized letter from institution holding title MUST be sent with entry form or car cannot be ran through auction.

* Please submit by email a very clear ¾ view or good side view picture of car or memorabilia. That can be emailed to Ldhunt99@comcast.net or Lavelle@chevrolethalloffamemuseum.com

* Entries will be accepted through Wednesday September 26th,2012 at 5:00 pm (CST) NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

* Bidder/buyers - You must have a Bank "Letter of Credit" on file with us to bid on automobiles or a $500 refundable deposit will be required. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Sample Bank Letter of Credit pdf is on our website for printing off to take or email to your banking firm. It must be exactly like the sample letter of credit that is on website. Also, a signed and completed bidder/buyer agreement form must be on file with our staff in order to get a bidder number. If this is done ahead of time and mailed with a copy of driver's license and Bank Letter of Credit or $500 refundable check, your bidder number will be held "WILL CALL" for you.
